On April 17, 2026, in Saint Petersburg, at the venue of the City Government (Правительство города), the VII International Forum-Festival “Intellectual Property for the Future” took place. We took part in the event with our project POSINT, an AI system for end-to-end automation of patent work.
The forum-festival brought together representatives of public authorities, experts in the field of intellectual property, scientific and educational organizations, as well as developers of innovative solutions. The event is traditionally one of the key discussion venues where topical issues of legal protection, commercialization of the results of intellectual activity and the introduction of advanced technologies in the IP sphere are discussed.
Anton Krivonogov (Антон Кривоногов), founder of the project, gave a presentation titled “From Patent Assistant to AI Engineer”, in which he described how POSINT transforms traditional approaches to patent work, automates application preparation processes and opens up new opportunities for engineers and R&D specialists.
During the talk, the speaker demonstrated the key functions of the system:
- developing a technical idea into a finished solution with generation of drawings and diagrams,
- automatic international patent search,
- preparation of a full package of documents for filing with Rospatent (Роспатент),
- conducting patent research in accordance with GOST 15.011—2024.
Special attention was given to the concept of the “AI engineer”, a new approach in which artificial intelligence becomes a full-fledged assistant to the developer, handling routine tasks and allowing them to focus on creative and expert work.
Forum participants highly appreciated the capabilities of POSINT presented, noting the practical significance of the system for accelerating research and experimental design work, reducing the labor intensity of patenting and increasing the technological independence of domestic developments.
We thank the organizers of the VII International Forum-Festival “Intellectual Property for the Future” for the invitation and the high level of the event. Venues of this format allow developers of AI solutions to bring their technologies to a wide professional audience, and intellectual property specialists to become acquainted with tools that are already changing the landscape of patent work in Russia today.
