Consent to the processing of personal data
An individual (hereinafter – the Personal Data Subject, the Subject), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, grants their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Consent) to IIP-Intellektualnye Sistemy Limited Liability Company (ООО «ИИП-Интеллектуальные системы») (TIN/KPP 9731135673/773501001; OGRN 1247700403389; legal address: 124482, MOSCOW, VN.TER.G. MUNICIPAL OKRUG SAVELKI, ZELENOGRAD, BLDG. 305; mailing address: 124460, Russia, Moscow, Zelenograd, P.O. Box 200, Institute of Innovations and Law LLC (ООО «Институт Инноваций и Права»); e-mail: mail@posint.ru (hereinafter — the “Operator”), which owns the website https://posint.ru (hereinafter – the “Website”), as well as the “PATENT EXPERT ASSISTANT” Service (hereinafter – the Service), on the following terms:
- Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of the Subject, not belonging to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data, for the stated purposes of personal data processing:

2. The Subject consents to the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use, including to the performance of the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
3. The Subject hereby gives their consent to the transfer of the personal data specified in cl. 1 of the Consent to third parties (including telecommunications operators) to whom the Operator is entitled to transfer/entrust the processing of the Subject’s personal data for the purposes specified in the Consent:

4. Personal data is processed from the date of provision of this Consent for a period no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, except in cases where the storage period of personal data is established by federal law, by an agreement to which the Subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor, or until its withdrawal by the personal data Subject.
5. The Consent may be withdrawn by the Subject or their representative by sending to the Operator:
— a written application (indicating the subject matter, information confirming the Subject’s participation in relations with the Operator, information on the document certifying their identity or the identity of their representative (type of document, series and number, by whom and when issued, full name of the Subject or full name of the representative), signed by the Subject or their representative, by mail to the Company’s address specified in the Consent;
— an application in the form of an electronic document, signed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signature, containing similar information, to the Operator’s e-mail address specified in the Consent.
6. In the event of withdrawal of the Consent by the Subject or their representative, the Operator is entitled to continue processing personal data without it where there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2 — 11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (Федеральный закон № 152-FZ «О персональных данных») dated 27.07.2006.
7. This Consent is valid for the entire time until the termination of the processing of personal data (cl. 4, 5 of this Consent).
