On April 23, 2026, we took part with the “POSINT” project in the XVII International Forum “Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market” (XVII Международный форум «Инновационное развитие через рынок интеллектуальной собственности»), held as part of the International Intellectual Property Days (Международные дни интеллектуальной собственности).
The event brought together representatives of the countries of the Greater Eurasian Partnership (Большое Евразийское партнерство), experts in the fields of intellectual property, science, R&D, patent research and innovative development. The forum is traditionally one of the key international venues for discussing issues of legal protection, implementation and commercialization of the results of intellectual activity.
Krivonogov Anton (Кривоногов Антон), as head of the “POSINT” project, spoke at Session No. 6 “Intellectual Property as a Factor of Economic Growth and Technological Leadership”, held at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (МГЮА им. О.Е. Кутафина). The topic of the talk was the transformation of research and development in the era of artificial intelligence, as well as the use of AI tools in patent search, engineering work and the preparation of materials for a patent application.
Anton Krivonogov (Антон Кривоногов) noted that the use of AI in research, R&D and the preparation of applications makes it possible to significantly shorten the traditional patenting cycle, which can take weeks and require the involvement of several specialists. During the talk and the subsequent discussion, participants considered the prospects for introducing AI tools into engineering and scientific work, conducting patent research, analyzing the prior art, preparing materials for filing a patent application and protecting results created with the use of artificial intelligence.
