Consent to Receive Advertising Information (Including in the Form of an Advertising Mailing)

Box 200, Institute of Innovations and Law LLC (ООО «Институт Инноваций и Права»); e-mail: mail@posint.ru (hereinafter – the “Operator”), which owns the website https://posint.ru (hereinafter – the “Website”), its consent to the processing of personal data and to the receipt from the Company of advertising and informational mailings about new features of the Website, services, promotions and events of the Company (hereinafter – the “Consent”) under the following conditions:

The Consent is given for the purposes of the Operator informing the Subject about the Operator’s services and sending the Subject advertising and news information (including in the form of an advertising mailing) about news of the Website and about the Operator’s services, promotions and events.
The Consent is given for the receipt of advertising and news information by the following means:

— SMS mailings;

— push messages;

— by e-mail;

— via telecommunication networks, including through the use of telephone, facsimile, mobile radiotelephone communications, including by making telephone calls, including those of an automatic nature;

— messages in social networks and messengers that are not prohibited in the Russian Federation.

3. The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the Subject: personal data that do not belong to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data:

— surname, first name, patronymic;

— e-mail address (e-mail);

— mobile phone number;

— Nickname (user ID) in Telegram

4. The Subject consents to the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use, including to the performance of the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

5. The Subject hereby gives consent to the transfer of the personal data specified in cl. 3 of the Consent to third parties (including telecom operators) to whom the Operator has the right to transfer/entrust the processing of the Subject’s personal data for the purposes specified in the Consent:

6. Personal data are processed until the Consent is withdrawn by the Subject or the Subject’s representative.

7. The Consent may be withdrawn by the Subject or the Subject’s representative by sending to the Operator:

— a written application (indicating the subject matter, information confirming the Subject’s participation in relations with the Operator, information on the document certifying their identity or the identity of their representative (type of document, series and number, by whom and when issued, full name of the Subject or full name of the representative), signed by the Subject or their representative, by mail to the Company’s address specified in the Consent;

— an application in the form of an electronic document, signed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signature, containing similar information, to the Operator’s e-mail address specified in the Consent.

The Consent may be withdrawn by the Subject by following the link “Unsubscribe from mailings” in an e-mail sent to them.

8. This Consent remains in effect until the processing of personal data is terminated (cl. 6 of this Consent).
