On April 24, 2026, we took part in the VIII International Rospatent Conference “ERA IP”. Anton Krivonogov (Антон Кривоногов), creator of the AI patent service POSINT, gave a presentation within Thematic Session 1: “Intellectual Property — a Vector Toward Commercialization”.

The “ERA IP” conference is traditionally timed to coincide with World Intellectual Property Day and is the main event in Russia that defines trends in the IP field. In 2026, the event was held for the eighth time and brought together representatives of the public sector, science and business, development institutions and business communities. The conference was organized in partnership with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow (Департамент предпринимательства и инновационного развития города Москвы) and the Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC) (Московский инновационный кластер (МИК)). The general partner was Gazprombank JSC (АО «Газпромбанк»), and the general information partner was the Information Agency of Russia TASS (Информационное агентство России ТАСС).
The objective of the session, within which we presented our project “POSINT”, is to show practices already in use and new opportunities for a multiple increase in extra-budgetary revenues from the commercialization of the results of intellectual activity (IP results) and technology transfer to industry.
Anton Krivonogov gave a presentation on the AI patent service POSINT, in which he explained how the automation of patent work using artificial intelligence makes it possible not only to speed up the preparation of applications, but also to fundamentally increase the liquidity of patent portfolios. After all, the key task today is not simply to increase the number of patented solutions, but to create IP results that are ready for commercialization and transfer to the real sector of the economy.
Session participants highly appreciated the presented solution, noting its practical significance for accelerating technology transfer from science to industry and increasing the investment attractiveness of the patent portfolios of Russian developers.
We thank the organizers of the VIII International Conference “ERA IP” (Международная конференция «ЭРА IP») — Rospatent, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow, the Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC) (Московский инновационный кластер) — for the invitation and the high level of the event. Venues of this level allow developers of AI solutions to present their technologies to key players of the intellectual property market, and allow the professional community to become familiar with practical tools for increasing the liquidity of IP results.
